Returns Policy
In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will organize its collection and promptly send you a replacement free of charge. If you prefer a full refund and return of the items instead, we can arrange that as well.
Please notify us of any item damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
You may return items within 30 days of receipt, but please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees, unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, we may request photos for assessment by our team to determine how we can assist you.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns for a full refund. However, we can still send a replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Unfortunately, non-damaged or non-defective items cannot be returned after this period.
Kindly note that returns are only accepted with the original packaging. Please inspect your items before disposing of the packaging.

Refund Processing Time:
