At Uno Designs, we strive to provide exceptional shipping services for our customers across the UK. Our commitment is to ensure prompt and efficient delivery, no matter your location.
Our order delivery process consists of two stages:
- Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality inspection, and packaging. All orders are forwarded to our Scottish Factory for dispatch within 24 hours of placing the order. Our manufacturer then handles the necessary processing tasks.
- Shipping time: This pertains to the duration required for items to be transported from our warehouse to their intended destination. Typically, UK deliveries take approximately 1-3 business days. Our shipping partner is The Royal Mail, and we utilise their e-packet service for UK orders. Once items have been processed and dispatched from the warehouse, they generally take between 1 and 3 days to reach their destination. However, occasional delays may occur, in which case we will promptly notify you.
